Over the years we have specialized the application of precast concrete technology in the built environment industry. The use of the above-mentioned technology has helped the company to achieve a tremendous improvement in terms of quality, reliability, cost effectiveness and sustainability of our buildings
on a more specified front, we employ the use of the following building materials to fit their respective building elements:
- Precast concrete wall panels- Used for walling and replacing the use of conventional brick and mortar arrangement
- Eco slab system- Use of prestressed precast beams together with precast Eco slabs blocks as a replacement of the conventional reinforced concrete slabs.
- Light Guage Steel- Used for framework on the roofing structures to replace timber as trusses.
